Ohio Dissolution (No Fault Divorce)

The Clark County Law Library does not have pro se Ohio dissolution forms.  The Clark County Public Library downtown currently has LawPak's Ohio Dissolution of Marriage (No Fault Divorce) available at the Reference Desk.  The Ohio Supreme Court (http://supremecourt.ohio.gov) also has downloadable/fill-in forms for Ohio divorce and dissolution.  Please refer to your county's domestic relations court rules to see which forms are applicable to your situation.

Pro Se? Need Help Finding a Form? Look Here!

In most Ohio counties and law libraries specific forms are difficult to find for the seasoned librarian which only makes it more difficult for the person who wants to file pro se and is not sure what he or she needs.  The law librarians in Clark County have put together a list of resources to help those who are not able to visit the library during it's designated hours or without transportation.
